Born on 7 February 1975 in Zurich (Switzerland), I still live there. In the middle of old town, which can be quite noisy at times, especially on a mild Saturday night. I love it. Not only because I won’t starve around here, though I couldn’t prepare a plate of pasta if I tried.

I work in Zurich, too. In the media management department of Infel [1], a communications agency specialised in custom media — or corporate publishing, as they say in Europe. CP is, when a company participates in the press system, instead of doing advertisements, hence reaching the target community in an insightful, journalistic and entertaining manner. Indeed an interesting discipline in the communications industry, I think. That’s why I study to take a master’s degree in writing & corporate publishing.

Here now some of my very personal preferences: film, fashion, design, progressive rock and graphic novels. I like fantasy, horror and science fiction. I never miss the Cannes Film Festival. Other “Xs” on the calendar are the Oktoberfest in Munich, the Trance Energy in Utrecht [2], and of course the Street Parade, right around the corner.

One day, I’ll be introducing myself as a writer.
