[edit] Vote
In the introduction, it is written: "He was one of the 31 who voted in the House to NOT count the electoral votes from Ohio in the United States presidential election, 2004. [1]" From the website cited, it is not clear what yea or nay means, just that the question is: On Agreeing to the Objection. Is "NOT" vandalism, or should it just be spelled normally and without all capitals?--DerRichter (talk) 10:23, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
