[edit] mix up between dan and dave

I think this article has some of the details of Dan O'Brien's life confused with that of Dave Johnson. I think Dave was the one who no-heighted the pole vault in the '92 Olympic Trials and missed qualification for the Olympics. Also, Dan won a bronze medal with Dave cheering him on. Not the other way around.
