Danny's Nanny

Danny's Nanny was a comic strip in The Beano first appeared on the comic's 50th anniversary on 30th July 1988 and appeared until 1994. It was introduced in the late 1980s and it was about a boy called Danny who had a dog as a nanny. The quote "Danny's nanny has a wet nose, fur and a tail. That's because Danny's Nanny is a dog!" appeared in nearly every strip in some variant.
