Dann Hume (born September 1, 1987 in Whangaparaoa, New Zealand) is a singer, songwriter and drummer from New Zealand.
He, with his two brothers, Jon and Peter, make up the alternative rock band, Evermore. Dann is distinguishable, as the shortest of the three, owing to the fact that he is the youngest, and he always wears glasses, even while drumming. Dann has written songs for Evermore such as "Running", "Light Surrounding You" and the first single from Dreams, It's Too Late.
Dann can play Guitar, Bass, Piano, Harmonica, Drums and Percussion.
Dann also hosts "Rock Room" on Channel V with James Mathison.
In 2007, Dann co-wrote with Lisa Mitchell “Incomplete Lullaby” , which is on Lisa Mitchell's debut EP, "Said One To The Other". Dann also produced the EP.
In 2008, he co-wrote with Lisa Mitchell "A Little Ramblin' Blues For Any Hour", which in on Lisa Mitchell's second EP, "Welcome to the Afternoon". He also played all the piano, harmonica and percussion which appeared on the EP.
