Dan Morelle acted for ElectricBirdLand Limited as Managing Director and in court against the Giant Sony Corporation in the summer of 2005.^[1] The company was the target of the execessive clampdown on imported PSP consoles in Summer 2005.

As a footnote the 'official' supply of PSP consoles in the UK has dried up,^[2] meanwhile independent retailers and online Hong Kong based exporters such as Lik Sang who were also momentarily threatened legal action by have never had it so good, the product is readily available in Japan.
