Dan McCafferty (born William Daniel McCafferty, 14 October 1946, Dunfermline, Scotland) is the lead singer for the Scottish hard rock band, Nazareth.

McCafferty is one of the founding members of Nazareth, which was founded in 1968.

He has appeared on all of Nazareth's albums. He has released two solo albums. His debut album - 1975's - Dan McCafferty, plus 1987's Into The Ring.
