Dan Fegan is a prominent NBA agent.[1] His client list includes all-star player Shawn Marion. He is a graduate of Yale Law and operates out of a Los Angeles law firm.
Fegan was instrumental in developing the 'one-year opt out' and 'sign-and-trade' contract provisions.[2]
