Dan Collins (born 26 February 1987 in Carthage, New York) is a major junior ice hockey forward.
OHL Priority Selection- Plymouth 2nd Round (32nd) 2003
NHL Entry Draft- Florida 3rd Round (90th) 2005.
Collins' 2005-06 season with the Plymouth Whalers was cut short at the end, due to a herniated disk in his back.
