Damian Doyle is a Peace Studies student in Canberra, Australia. He funds his studies by pulling beers at his local pub.

He got started editing Wikipedia when doing some independent research into the conflict in Southern Sudan and the ways in which it is linked to resources such as land and oil.

Damian has contributed to geography articles including Abyei, Greater Nile Oil Pipeline, and Waajid.
