I would like to express my rude awakening with the representative of DAIHATSU in Bulgaria. My car DAIHATSU YRV 1.300 has a problem - it is difficult to start the engine if it is warm. When the engine runs for a while and if I stop it I can’t start it again, it is like there is not fuel. I took the car to your service-station, I was told that I have a problem with the key (chip fault) and I should buy a new one. I should pay for the diagnostics and for the new key. The car was not repaired. There was no difference. I took the car one more time to the service-station. They accepted the order, after several days they called me and said the car is repaired. I should pay one more time for the repair and to my question about the problem I was told that the battery terminal was loosened and the radio amplifier was not connected correctly (the plus cable was posed too close to the installation). I took the car but it was not repaired. After several days I should took in again to the service-station. Several days later I was told that the car is repaired. I took it and I was one more time disappointed. It wasn’t repaired. I left the car to the service-station for a forth time, hopping that the problem will be found. I’m a taxi driver and I work with this car, I earn my living using this car. I bought it under a leasing. I have to pay my leasing fee and in the same time the car is out of use. For the forth time I took the car from the service-station after several days, I was told that the car is repaired and that the electrical installation is tiered. Is it possible to have a tired installation after 4 years and 270 000 km? I had to leave the car in the service-station for the fifth time and it is not repaired yet. This service-station “Autotranse service” Jsc. is your representative – its address is N°2, “Professor Bachev” street, Sofia, BULGARIA. The car was received by the service-station for the first time on the 26th of February 2007, at 8:42hh, repair order number 2545. The registration of the car is N°C8003MP, chassis number JDAM201G000510571. The next repair order and invoice number is 2669 dated 20/03/2007, 10:36hh. Today it is the ……… and the car is not repaired yet by the representative you have chosen. I ask a simple question – how to buy such a car if it is impossible to repair and maintain it? Please answer to this letter and tell me how I could have my car repaired.
