Daiwon C.I. Inc. is a publisher of various kind of licensed and original works. Daewon Media Co., Ltd (previously Daiwon C&A Holdings) explained is the mother company of Daiwon C.I. Inc. that owns animation broadcast channels (Champ, Ani one, Ani Box), character lincesning company(Anyland), on-line game company (Daewon Communications), and etc. Daewon Media itself is an animation producer (Cubix, Iron Kid, Noonbory and the Super 7 etc) and an importer of animations for cinema (mainly Ghibli).

Daiwon C.I. Inc. publishes manga, manhwa, anime review magazine, novels, Children's books, DVDs; It has 4 manhwa magazines; Young Champ is a bi-weekly magazine for 16+ boys; Comic Champ bi-weekly magazine for 8+ boys; Issue monthly magazine for female readers; Super Champ monthly on-line exclusive magaine for all readers. The contents is 60~80% original work, and the rest Japanese manga. Each magazine has imprint for its book version, and especially, Issue has BL line called "B-ae" for novels and original and licensed. It also has fantasy novel line for girls.

It used to have more magazines called "White", "Nana" but stopped.

Newtype Korea is a license magazine of Japanese Newtype. It publishes animation DVDs and fantasy novels licensed from Japan under the names of Newtype DVD, Newtype novles.

It has its license magazine in Thiland called Mag. X (Magcross) It used to have the license magazine in France(Tokebi), in Indonesia and Malaysia(Champ).

It publishes many licensed materials of Japan publishers Shogakukan and Shueisha, Kodansha, Hakusensha, Kadokawa Shoten, Tokuma Shoten, but not owned by them.
