[edit] Lacey Chabert - Only on the Pilot

Lacey Chabert, well yes, she was on Family guy for a while, but left after the pilot, the pilot not really being classed as an official episode. I know this is right as for Family Guy: Uncovered, a Region 2 only DVD, which was released as a freebie in the Family guy Family Sized Pack. On the pilot commentary Seth MacFarlane told that Lacey Chabert left after the Pilot and then was replaced by Mila Kunis, who has voiced meg in every single episode (apart from the pilot). actually Lacey did the voice for all production season 1 episodes (15 in all) as she was only signed for a short term contract. Also, one can easily tell the difference between mila and lacey, but lacey did do all first production season episodesGrande13

If I'm not mistaken, all the episodes relevant to this discussion are on discs 2 and 3 of volume 1. Thus perhaps it might not be too much trouble for someone who owns the set to examine chapter 5 or 6 of each episode (the end credits) for Lacey's name. ShutterBugTrekker 23:22, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

She actually went uncredited throughout all of her episodes, though that helps figure out the switch as you start seeing Mila creditedGrande13

[edit] Dream episode

Is the punned Dallas episode Blast From The Past? --Abdull 21:14, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Figurine

There's a "Family Guy: Peter & Chicken - 2 Pack" figurine taken from this episode. You can get it at target's website. --ScarletSpiderDave 07:11, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Mila's first episode?

>>>>Mila Kunis takes over from Lacey Chabert as the voice of Meg Griffin.

I think this should be moved to "Brian in Love", since Mila started doing Meg from 2ACX01 and on, if we go by producton order. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Goopnzaopleopz9 (talk • contribs) 18:08, 31 December 2006 (UTC).

[edit] The Notes section.

I know most things of it are irrelevant, but common. In order for this to be a real article, we should include more than just the plot. Maybe we can readd the fact about the Giant Chicken? Or maybe the fact that this isn't part of the story line? I mean, common. TheBlazikenMaster 12:58, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Agreed. How about this? Sourced, and written as prose that makes a point. Per WP:WAF, I'm avoiding language like "paradoxically" in reference to this choice of continuity. I'm also presuming the Callaghan covers this adequately to be a source; this is cheating somewhat, unless someone who owns the books can confirm it's in there. / edg 23:12, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Perfect, thanks. TheBlazikenMaster 14:41, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Parody

Could someone add in info about Randy Newman's appearance in the episode? ArdClose (talk) 14:32, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:FGDaBoom.png

Image:FGDaBoom.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
