[edit] Story
Four kids create a homemade video game in which thrill-seeking space heroes are on a mission to save the universe. But, when a freak power surge opens up a swirling electrical vortex, the kids are thrown into a parallel world that's a lot like their action-adventure games - only now the fun, excitement and danger are for real!
These orphans from Earth soon find themselves zipping through space on a quest to find their missing game cartridges and stop the evil villain Zorch from taking control of the cosmos, leaving the fate of the galaxy in their hands.

[edit] Characters
Justin - Leader of the Crew, Nate's older brother, he wields two laser guns and an arm slingshot. He and Ricki do share some flirtatous looks, it is true that in one scene they are going to share their first affectionate kiss, but they are then distracted by something else, possible future romance between the two of them.
Nate - The Ship's Pilot and Justin's younger brother. The shortest in the group, he has short brown hair and wears a light blue top and blue jeans. He refers to himself as 'big daddy Nate' and has a strong fear of heights. He wields a light sword given to him as a present by the yo-diggians for helping save commander Blurp. When he came into the game galaxy, his "Star Saber" sword was low in batteries & didn't get to handle most of the action.
Jubei - Hoverboard Rider, he wields a laser shotgun and a really sharp and never misses shooter, if he miss he starts to lose his touch and he calls it the "kiki popo".
Ricki - The Gadget Inventor of the group. Ricki wears a red top with matching trousers, white boots, a blue wristband on her left wrist and has ginger hair up in two pigtails. She is an expert with anything mechanical and uses a vast scientific knowledge when describing something, e.g 'thermo-nuclear electro magnetic ray gun'. She wields a metal rod and has a fear of water as she is unable to swim. At some point it is clear that she has romantic feeling for Justin, seeing as they do not fight at they are always looking out for each other.
Dent - Robot that has been given to Ricki as a gift after she helped save commander Blurp. He resembles a flat screen computer with a hollow, metal, cylindrical body, has two robotic arms and moves around on a small set of wheels. He doesn't talk but shows above average human intelligence and uses a series of beeps to communicate. A digital face portraying his mood is shown on the screen. He often helps Ricki with her inventing.
"Great Commander" Blurp - Former War Commander of Yo-diggity in the war against Zorch. Although he says he is brave commander , he tends to show signs of cowardice
Zorch - Primary villain, wishes to conquer the galaxy by gathering the Boom Cards. This Character was voiced by Morris Day.
Headlock - Another of the antagonists & Zorch's sort of "lackey". He got the idea for the "Iracno-bots". He wears a dome on his head because it's abnormally small. His assistant Gerone always thinks it's funny when the helmet/dome is off, even though he's seen it about a billion times.
