"Da Art of Storytellin' (Pt. 1)" is the second single released from their album Aquemini. It was released as a CD single in 1999, but failed to get any position on the Billboard Hot 100 like its precedor, "Rosa Parks" (although "Da Art of Storrytellin' (Pt.1)" peaked at #67 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart).
The song features Slick Rick. This song is not to be confused with Slick Rick's album, The Art of Storytelling.
