Riley D'Hondt Motorsports is a NASCAR and ARCA RE/MAX Series team owned by Eddie D'Hondt. Originally, it had been owned by D'Hondt, Bill Riley, Bob Riley, and Jim Matthews. The team announced it would run two cars in Busch Series & one in Nextel Cup Series in the summer of 2006. In September 2006, they announced they would a field a car for Paul Tracy sponsored by Sports Clips, but Tracy signed a five year deal with Forsythe Championship Racing, ending his NASCAR career.

RDM officially made its debut with Bill Davis Racing development driver Bobby Santos III at Richmond International Raceway, using the car number 91. Santos qualified seventh but finished 30th. David Green drove for three races in the #91, posting a best finish of eleventh at Kentucky. Santos ran four races and had two top-ten qualifying efforts, but failed to finish better than 30th. They debuted their Cup car in the #91 Toyota at Infineon with Marc Goossens driving. Goossens qualified 21st, but was involved in an early wreck and finished 36th.

In late 2007, it was announced that Riley and D'Hondt had ended their partnership. D'Hondt will continue fielding entries in the ARCA RE/MAX Series and possibly the NASCAR Nationwide Series with Jack Bailey as driver of the #19. They will run the #92 later in the season at Watkins Glen.
