Description

You can see the difference in colour. The variety on the right is a "101" which has a rich yellow colour as you can see, and a smooth, rich, creamy texture. The 101 is also very easy to open. On the left is the random variety that grows on my grandpa's estate - don't know what it is as the seeds were harvested over 20 years ago by mum & her siblings eating fruit they had purchased.
