Döner kebab in dürüm
A dürüm (Turkish for "roll") is the wrap used to wrap a döner kebab. It is a lavash bread, similar to the Mexican tortilla.
In Belgium, it is filled with meat, fries and salad, topped by one of the typical Belgian sauces. Many types of fried meat, including traditional Belgian (i.e. not only Turkish) fast food is often also put in a dürüm. Alternatively, the same ensemble is put in a mitraillette.
