Cyril Lyons (born 1959 in Ruan, County Clare) is a retired Irish hurling manager and former player. He played hurling with his local club Ruan and with the Clare senior inter-county team from 1983 until 1995. Lyons later served as managed of the Clare senior inter-county team from 2000 until 2003.
