My screen capture from the movie Cypher (film) (2002).

Although this picture is subject to copyright I, Lee Haywood, believe that it is covered by US fair-use laws for the following reasons.

1. It is a low-resolution image from a TV broadcast.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the original media nor associated merchandise.
4. The image is significant because it clearly identifies the film referenced by the corresponding encyclopedia article, Cypher (film).
