Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. is a United States company based in Maitland, Florida that develops ticketing and financial processing software for the recreation and entertainment industry. As their name suggests, Cygnus eTransactions Group, earns revenue on a fee per transaction basis.
The company was founded in 2005 as the result of a merger with Cygnus Entertainment, Inc. As a result of the merger the company became publicly traded as an over the counter issue on Pink Sheets.
On February 14, 2006, Cygnus eTransactions Group became a Level 1 Merchant in the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program.
On March 28, 2008, Cygnus eTransactions Group declared bankruptcy.
