[edit] CB's Playhouse

Curt's most recent foray on radio, "CB's Playhouse", aired on Columbus, Ohio's WTVN, and ran on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The show was regularly sidelined during football season due to WTVN's coverage of Ohio State University football and Cincinnati Bengals football. Boster's final radio show on WTVN was broadcast on December 17, 2005.

On January 3, 2006, while on vacation, Boster was contacted by the station. He was told that his show was to be cut down to Saturdays-only and moved to a time slot that ran from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. He refused and was dismissed at that time by the station's program director. This decision was made as part of several programming changes at the station and followed the dismissal of fellow on-air personality, Steve "Boom Boom" Cannon.

[edit] Music

  • "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" performed by Santa Esmeralda are used to open the show in the bottom of the hour
