A Proposed Deletion notice was placed on this page on Dec 14 2007. I am removing the notice and contesting the deletion on the grounds that significant numbers of articles cross-refer to this page - especially that one of the most famous international footballers and football managers Kenny Dalglish who began his playing career at this club, as referenced on the page.
