Cumberland Mall is located in Vineland, NJ, on Route 47 (Delsea Drive) at Route 55 (Exit 27). Recently the NJDOT created a special ramp that channels traffic into the mall from Route 55 NB [1]. Cumberland Mall is strategically positioned 25 miles away from its nearest competitor, 45 miles south of Philadelphia, PA and on route to the Southern New Jersey Shore Points. The mall almost went under, but was able to stay in business thanks to Vineland's 3.5% sales tax. Cumberland Mall has recently seen more customers due to the large amount of development that has occurred in the region.
