1. Will be used to illustrate the logo of the "Old" Cult Awareness Network organization, before it was bought out in bankruptcy court by representatives of the Church of Scientology.
2. Fair use in the article about the subject organization itself.

5. Will only be used in article mainspace, and not on templates.
