Culver's is renowned for offering a wide variety of made-to-order meal items and desserts. In consumer surveys, the Wisconsin-based chain continually scores high marks for its widely varied menu choices.[citation needed] Note: Menu varies between Culver's restaurants, so information may not be accurate to every location.

Culver’s features a wide range of condiments, sauces, dressings, and breads. These include:
- Breads: Regular bun (4” Kaiser), Jumbo bun (5”), Hoagie bun, Sourdough bread, Rye bread. Additionally, any sandwich can be ordered without the bun.
- Cheeses: American, crumbled Bleu, Cheddar (sliced and shredded), shredded Parmesan, and Swiss.
- Condiments: Mayo (Regular, Lite, and Chipotle), Tartar Sauce, Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Pickles, Onions (raw and fried), Lettuce (Romaine and Iceberg), Tomatoes, Sauerkraut, Relish, Mushrooms, Olives, Avocado, Jalapeño and Chili.
There are two popular packages: Works (Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, Onions) and Deluxe (Mayo, Pickles, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato). Culver's charges 25-30 cents for tomatoes.
- Dressings: Ranch, Lite Ranch, French, Lite French, Lite Italian, Caesar, 1000 Island, Bleu Cheese, Sesame Ginger, Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette, Parmesan Peppercorn, Oil and Vinegar, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Salsa, and Sour Cream.
- Sauces: BBQ, Honey, Honey Mustard, Sweet & Sour, Tartar Sauce, Cocktail Sauce, Steak Sauce, Hot Sauce, Horse Radish.
Generally speaking, the only condiments that Culver’s will charge for are Cheese (25 cents for shredded or American, 35 cents for cheddar or swiss, and 50 cents for bleu cheese crumble), Tomato (25 cents), Mushroom (25 cents), Sauerkraut (25 cents), Avocado (50 cents), Chili (25 cents), bacon (50 cents) and Jalapeño (25 cents).
What follows afterwards are the standard menu items as they are normally prepared.

[edit] ButterBurgers
Every ButterBurger is made from a special mixture of 100% U.S., Grade-A chuck and sirloin. Despite the fact that ButterBurger meat is never frozen, employees refer to uncooked patties as “pucks”. Each ButterBurger is made fresh to the individual customer’s taste. When the order comes back to the kitchen, the grill person sets the puck on the grill and presses down on it with a weight and spatula. This sears the burger, helping it to retain its juicy flavor. ButterBurgers get their name, not because the burger is grilled in butter, but because the crown of the bun is lightly buttered before being toasted.
All ButterBurgers can be made as a Single, Double, or Jumbo (more meat is available by request). A Single burger weighs a little more than 1/6-pound (2.75 oz), a Double weighs about 1/3-pound (5.5 oz), and a Jumbo weighs over 1/2-pound (8.25oz). Singles and most Doubles will come on a Regular bun. Pressed Doubles (when two patties are combined to make one large patty) and Jumbos (three patties combined to make on large patty) typically come on a Jumbo bun.
Typical ButterBurgers listed on the menu include:
- ButterBurger- the standard Culver’s burger.
- ButterBurger Cheese- a ButterBurger with American cheese.
- ButterBurger Swiss- a ButterBurger with Swiss cheese. Swiss burgers, depending on each Culver's location, generally cost a few cents more because they use real, unprocessed Swiss cheese.
- ButterBurger Deluxe- ButterBurger Cheese with the Deluxe condiments.
- Bacon ButterBurger Deluxe- ButterBurger Cheese with Deluxe condiments and 2 (Single/Double) or 3 (Jumbo) slices of Bacon.
- Mushroom & Swiss- Pressed Double ButterBurger with grilled mushrooms and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger - Pressed Double ButterBurger with grilled mushrooms, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and 3 slices of Bacon.
- Sourdough Melt- Pressed Double ButterBurger on toasted Sourdough bread with fried onions and 2 slices of Cheddar cheese.
- Wisconsin Swiss Melt- Pressed Double ButterBurger on toasted Rye bread with fried onions and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Cheddar Burger- Pressed Double ButterBurger with 2 slices of Cheddar cheese.
- BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger- Pressed Double ButterBurger with BBQ sauce, raw onions, 2 slices of Cheddar cheese and 3 strips of Bacon.
- Bacon Bleu Burger- Pressed Double ButterBurger with mayo, crumbled Bleu cheese, raw onions, lettuce, and 3 slices of Bacon.

Culver’s also has a number of sandwiches that are not made with ButterBurger meat. They are referred to as Culver’s Favorites and include:
- Philly Ribeye Steak- 5 oz. Ribeye steak on a Hoagie bun with fried onions and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
- Grilled Chicken Breast- “lemon butter marinated, all natural”[citation needed] 4 oz. Chicken Breast on a Hoagie bun with lettuce, tomato, and a side of mayo.
- Blackened Chicken- Spicy Grilled Chicken Breast on a Hoagie bun with lettuce and tomato.
- Crispy Chicken Fillet- 4.5 oz. Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet on a Hoagie bun with mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
- Grilled Ham ‘N’ Swiss on Rye- 4 oz. of grilled, “deli-style”[citation needed] Ham on toasted Rye bread with 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Stacked Turkey- 3 oz. Sliced Turkey on a Hoagie Bun with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Can be ordered hot or cold.
- Grilled Reuben Melt- Grilled Corned Beef on toasted Rye bread with 1000 Island, sauerkraut, and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Chicken Tenders- 4 “all natural white meat”[citation needed] Breaded Chicken Strips. Can be ordered as regular or buffalo. Though not technically a sandwich, it is categorized as an entrée with all the other sandwiches.
- Pork Tenderloin- 5 oz. Breaded Pork Tenderloin on a Jumbo bun.
- Turkey Sourdough BLT- 3 oz. of grilled “deli-style”[citation needed] Turkey on toasted Sourdough bread with mayo, lettuce, tomato, 1 slice of American cheese, and 2 strips of Bacon.
- BLT- mayo, lettuce, tomato, 1 slice of American cheese, and 4 strips of Bacon on toasted Sourdough bread.
- Beef Pot Roast- Shredded Beef Pot Roast on an unbuttered Regular bun.
- Grilled Cheese- 2 slices of American cheese on toasted Sourdough bread.
- Ultimate Grilled Cheese- mayo, tomato, 2 slices of American cheese, and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on toasted Sourdough bread.
- North Atlantic Cod Fillet- 3 to 4 oz. Hand-battered Cod Fillet on a Hoagie bun with Tartar sauce, lettuce, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Northwoods Walleye Fillet- Hand-battered Walleye Fillet on a Hoagie bun with Tartar sauce and lettuce.
- Hot Dog- 100% All-Beef Frank in a Potato bun.
- Cheese Dog- 100% All-Beef Frank in a Potato bun topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Chili Dog- 100% All-Beef Frank in a Potato bun topped with George’s Chili.
- Chili Cheese Dog- 100% All-Beef Frank in a Potato bun topped with George’s Chili and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Corn Dog- a Breaded, Deep-Fried corn dog made with the same 100% All-Beef Frank.

Culver’s features Value Baskets which allow customers to purchase a Sandwich, Side, and a Drink at a discounted price.

Basic Sides can be substituted into a Value Basket at no additional charge. They include:
- French Fries- crinkle-cut potato fries. They come in Regular, Large, and Family (equivalent to 3 Larges) sizes.
- Mashed Potatoes- “Real mashed potatoes”[citation needed] served with chicken gravy, beef gravy, butter, or plain.
- Cole Slaw- homemade cole slaw, made fresh with cabbage and [carrots].
- Seasoned Green Beans- boiled, seasoned green beans with chopped onions mixed in.
- Garden Side Salad- a small salad made with Iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, shredded Cheddar cheese, and croutons.
- Caesar Side Salad- a small salad made with Romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, tomato, and croutons.

Culver’s offers fountain drinks that serve Pepsi products, Tropicana fruit punch and lemonade, Lipton’s unsweetened iced tea, and their own brand of root beer. Fountain drinks come in Small (12 oz.), Medium (22 oz.), and Large (32 oz.) sizes. Besides fountain drinks, Culver’s serves milk, chocolate milk, hot tea, and their private Blue Spoon Blend coffee.
In addition to these drinks, there are a number of drinks that are also classified as Desserts. They are listed here because, like Side Items, they can be substituted in and out of a Value Basket. These Dessert-Drinks come in Short (12 oz.), Medium (16 oz.), and Tall (24 oz.) sizes.
- Regular Shake- frozen custard mixed with milk and up to 2 toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
- Regular Malt- frozen custard mixed with milk, malt powder and up to 2 toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
- Concrete Mixer- frozen custard mixed with up to 2 toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
- Concrete Malt- frozen custard mixed with malt powder and up to 2 toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
- Float- fountain drink (most commonly ordered as root beer) with a scoop of frozen custard.
- Old Fashioned Soda- soda water mixed with frozen custard and toppings.
- Custardccino- a chilled coffee drink made with frozen custard, ice, and toppings. Most common flavors are caramel and mocha (fudge).
- Cooler- Lemon Ice mixed with up to 2 fruit toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
- Smoothie- Lemon Ice mixed with frozen custard and up to 2 fruit toppings (additional toppings cost 25 cents).
The most obvious difference between a Regular Shake and a Concrete Mixer is their thickness. Regular Shakes start with either shake mix (containing vanilla custard mixed with milk), or by scooping custard (vanilla, chocolate, or flavor of the day) into a cup with milk. Then toppings are added, and the shake is blended. The milk makes Regular Shakes thinner, and thus sippable. Concrete Mixers are made by scooping your choice of custard (vanilla, chocolate, or flavor of the day) into a cup, adding toppings, and blending. They are significantly thicker, as the name suggests. Culver’s Kids Meals come with an entrée, a Side Item, and a Drink as well as two tokens: one for Dessert and one for prizes.
Entrées include:
- Kids ButterBurger- Single ButterBurger.
- Kids ButterBurger Cheese- Single ButterBurger Cheese.
- Kids ButterBurger Swiss- Single ButterBurger Swiss.
- Kids Tenders (regular or buffalo)- 2 Chicken Tenders
- Kids Hot Dog
- Kids Corn Dog
- Kids Grilled Cheese
Kids Sides are generally a Junior French Fry, Applesauce, Fruit Cup, Mashed Potatoes, or Cole Slaw.
Kids Drinks are either a fountain drink in a special plastic Kids cup, milk (white or chocolate), Apple Juice, or Orange Juice.
Kids Desserts are either a Single Dish/Cone of frozen custard (with a topping), a Single Dish of Lemon Ice (with a topping), a brownie, or a cookie.
Kids can save up prize tokens and redeem them for Kids Meals and Team Scoopie gear. Depending on each Culver's location, it takes between 10 and 15 tokens to receive a prize or Free Kid's Meal.

Dinners come with a choice of meat, 2 Sides, and a dinner roll. Types of Dinners include:
- Chicken- Chicken fried fresh and held no longer than 2 hours. Choice between Breast, Wing, Thigh, and Leg meat. Available in 2, 4, or 8 pieces. It can be up to a 15 minute wait to cook fresh chicken.
- Cod- Hand-battered Cod Fillet, available in 2 or 3 pieces.
- Shrimp- Crispy, Butterfly Shrimp, available in 8 or 12 pieces.
- Walleye- Hand-battered Walleye Fillet, available in 2 or 3 pieces.
- Chopped Steak - Chopped Steak topped with fried onions, mushrooms, and gravy.

- Garden Fresco- Iceberg lettuce with tomato, cucumber, shredded Cheddar cheese, asian peas, and croutons. The Garden Fresco is the only full-sized salad without meat.
- Crispy Chicken Salad- Iceberg lettuce with tomato, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, Pecans, and croutons with 2 chicken tenders sliced up.
- Chicken Cashew - Iceberg lettuce with tomato, cucumbers, shredded cheese, cashews, and topped with slices of grilled chicken breast.
- Santa Fe
- Avacado Pecan Bleu- Iceberg lettuce with tomato, crumble blue cheese, pecans, & advacaos with one blacken chicken breast
- Caesar Salad- Roman lettuce with tomato, shredded parmason cheese, & croutons with a grilled chicken breast
- Culver's Cobb- Iceberg lettuce with tomato, cucumber, advacados, crumble blue cheese, & croutons with one oz. of ham, 2 slices of bacon, and a grilled chicken breast
