I reverted the comment about the Islamic faith because it sounded POV and it probably is not accurate (see my comments in Talk:Balkans#Religion in Albania regarding this). Dori | Talk 03:31, Dec 1, 2003 (UTC)

Nje nder llojet e peshqve me te njohura dhe te preferuara, eshte krapi i liqenit te Shkodres. Ai eshte nder ushqimet tipike te ketij qyteti. Per te pregatitur kete ushqim, i cili ne Shqiperi njihet me emrin 'tave krapi', na duhen: Qepe, domate ose salce domatesh, hudhra, kumbulla te thata dhe pistil kumbullash. Me te gjitha keto gatuhet nje salce paraprake, duke i skuqun te gjitha keto asortimente ne nji tigan ne menyre qe te lidhen sa me mire njera nme tjetren dhe pastaj bashkohen ne nji tave, ku eshte pregatitur me pare krapi i fresket. Pra krapin e kemi lare, pastruar, ndare ne copa te medha ose sipas deshires por duhet pasur parasysh qe duhet te piqet mire. Pasi te jemi te sigurt qe krapi eshte gati e servirim me buke misri.
