CTI Consultants, Inc. (CTI), founded in 1984, is a full-service engineering consulting firm with its corporate headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, and branch offices at seven other locations in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States – Baltimore, Maryland, Rockville, Maryland, Chantilly, Virginia, Fredericksburg, Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, Winchester, Virginia, Norfolk, Virginia, and Blacksburg, Virginia.
Projects undertaken encompass the entire construction experience and include bridges and highways, new buildings, additions, renovations and historical renovations as well as associated infrastructure.
CTI has been consistently recognized as a leader in the Mid Atlantic Engineering Industry via the Washington Business Journal’s annual list of “Top 25 Engineering Firms” for the Washington Metropolitan Area.
The company offers a wide range of services, including geotechnical engineering and drilling, construction quality control, structural steel inspection, soils, concrete, and masonry testing and inspection, environmental consulting, quality assurance, roof consulting, core drilling services, and radiographic testing.
