how is Stephen King a Mythos writer? I was always under the impression that he was simply influenced by Lovecraft, especially since he has tied together most of his work into a Mythos of his own, The Dark Tower.

A: "Crouch End", "Jerusalem's Lot" and "Salem's Lot" are Stephen King's Lovecraft cycle stories. The Dark Tower has little to do with it.
