[edit] Promotion of Ahe atlantic Community

Hi Csuess. Thanks for getting invloved with Wikipedia. I hope you find the site interesting and enjoy editing. However, I notice your edits have been to promote the Atlantic Community whom, I believe, you are interning for. I'd like to encourage you away from adding this type of content. Such edits run foul of our guidelines and policies (please see neutral point of view policy, external links guidelines and conflict of interest guidelines for specifics). And in any case cannot be considered good editorial practice.

I appreciate you only want to make information about your site available to the public, and I also appreciate it's probably a great site. If you believe the Atlantic Community website is appropriate for a particular article, please ask independent editors to consider it on each article's talk page (at the top of every article you will see several tabs, the talk page is the one marked "Talk", "Discussion" or something similar depending on your set up).

You are welcome (and encouraged!) to continue editing, your expertise could be a great help to Wikipedia. If you have any questions please leave a message at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks, and happy editing! -- SiobhanHansa 04:45, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
