CSN Stores is an American niche e-commerce company based in Boston, Massachusetts. It has been growing rapidly since its inception with over 200 online stores. Founded by Steve Conine and Niraj Shah, the first site they launched was Racks and Stands on August 31, 2002. From there, they began launching other sites in early 2003 in categories including AV furniture (TV stands, CD storage), bedroom furniture, outdoor furniture, home improvement, housewares and many more. Each store focuses on a wide-ranging product selection that spans various price points and styles.

In 2006, CSN Stores ranked 107 out of the top 500 Internet retail websites in the Internet Retailer 500 list where sales was 110 million. CSN Stores is also known in the Boston community for its Hyde Park returns outlet store where it liquidates discontinued and returned merchandise.

CSN Stores was listed in September 2007, on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the US in position #147. It was the fourth fastest growing retailer on the list.
