A cropped and scaled-down image of Crystal Tokyo, the utopian city from Sailor Moon series. This screenshot comes from episode 88 of the Sailor Moon R anime, owned by Naoko Takeuchi and Toei Animation. It was taken by Elizabeth Carroll and scaled-down by the uploader.
