Crybaby Macarthur was a New York City punk band. Its members included former members of bands such as The Stockyard Stoics, Crimpshrine, Pinhead Gunpowder, and Oedipus and the Motherfuckers.

After meeting during high school at ABC No Rio, Ella and Gaylen began to write and play music together. They eventually formed Beer Garden with other long time friends from ABC No Rio, breaking up after a tour and an album. Out of this came Crybaby Macarthur. Aaron Cometbus, a founding member of seminal East Bay band Crimpshrine, replaced the original drummer Alex in 2004. They completed two tours of the United States, and have released one self-titled 7". Crybaby MacArthur broke up in the winter of 2006.
