Not convinced about statute requiring use of Time, this looks like somebody's joke. Why on earth would statute require that, and can anybody quote the statute? I suggest removing this phrase, especially since it interferes with the sense of the paragraph User:Solebanana 23:16, 27 February 2006 (GMT)
