At approximately 2 minutes to the televised draw time, all syndies should pull their lower foundation garments over their heads. Then in typical North American Indian style, skip in clockwise circles whooing and popping in staccato by using the right hand to tap the whooing-shape-formed lips. Cease & desist at the draw of the first ball and immediately commence to write out your job resignation.

It's true it worked for me. I modifed the skip by drinking several bottles of wine which caused a ever decreasing circle as I skipped. When I colapsed I was rushed to hospital where I was informed that I'd won the lottery. Needless to say I was over the moon, and cracked open another bottle.
