[edit] Scope
Not quite sure where this article is meant to sit. What's the scope of this article? There seems to be a bit of an overlap with crime against humanity, war crime and international criminal court. . AndrewRT 13:33, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
- This is the overarching page which sets the context for all the other pages. A relatively tiny proportion of the crimes that may be prosecuted under the broad title may be crimes against humanity or war crimes, and some of those crimes may be tried before the ICC as against all the other national and international courts and tribunals that may have jurisdiction, but those elements are a minor aspect of the whole system which requires states to decide to what extent they are, or are not, going to allow international law to operate within their own territorial boundaries.
