No one has bothered to mention the horrible customer service Cricket is now famous for. Nor did anyone mention how their phones have a 4 month usage life! Cricket may be a affordable company for many families, but they are a poor choice who nickel and dime you to death. They do not back up any of their claim's or offer's and often flat out lie about services and supposed deals. A class action lawsuit is not far off in my opinion.
As for POV, Googling cricket complaints brings up thousands of complaint's. Those are only whats listed online. Not every one has internet or computer access or sauvy.Crickets customer satisfaction ratings are not publisised as they would probaly only be in the low 50% class. Cricket needs to wake up or face a very exspensive death in civil and criminal court's.

Although Cricket Wireless is somewhat of a new company, they have managed to strive over the issues in question. People complained about the service not working in certain areas. Those areas are all out of the "Calling Area". People just didn't know that roaming is supposed to be pre-paid (as Cricket is a Pre-Paid, month to month service provider). It's all simple, pre-paid and unlimited. Nothing else beats it.
