Crizam César de Oliveira Filho (born June 17, 1967 in Nova Iguaçu (RJ), Brazil), better known as Zinho is a former Brazilian attacking midfielder who currently is the manager of Miami FC of the USL First Division.

He was a member of the 1994 FIFA World Cup champion team Brazil. He was capped 57 times between March 1989 and February 1998.
