[edit] Logo version

Would there be any conceivable problem (objections, etc.) with replacing the current logo [1] with this new one (currently used in the main Inkscape article) [2]? The Decryptor 06:50, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

Done. ;) Althepal 04:16, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Center

I liked it before it was centered. Any other opinions? Althepal 04:16, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Since no one responded, I'm reverting. The reason is that this is narrow and does not go on the top of the page, but rather just below the left-aligned image. Althepal 05:44, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
Most templates are center-aligned. Any reason for the keeping it inconsistent? =Nichalp «Talk»= 17:20, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah. First of all, that is how it is in the commons [3], so they probably have a reason. But the way I see it, since this is a narrow template and is placed directly below the left-aligned pictures, this template, too, should be left-aligned. Althepal 18:55, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Deletion

I doubt Wikipedia policy permits advertising in the imagespace for the program used to create the image. -- SteveSims (talk) 21:34, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Nope. Actually, the source of the image, which includes means of creation, is preferred in the imagespace. Althepal (talk) 00:00, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
