Creekside Middle School is a middle school in Rohnert Park, California, United States, one of three in the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District. Its school mascot is the Falcon. It has been named a California Distinguished School. Its campus, completed in 1995[1], is located on Snyder Lane, just north of Hinebaugh Creek, at 38°21′07″N 122°41′04″W / 38.352, -122.6845.

Creekside Middle School feeds into Rancho Cotate High School.
