Creatine Gluconate is a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose. This synthetic alteration allows for greater intake of creatine because it is bonded to a fast-digesting carb, glucose, as well as increasing the amount of creatine uptaken into the muscles by stimulating the release of insulin.
