[edit] Vandalism warnings

Hi Craig; regarding using WP:AIV; generally, you should only put "active" vandals on that page (i.e., someone who's recently vandalized after being given some sort of a final warning. When admins look at that list, they usually check to see if the user has vandalized recently after being given a test4 (or in some cases at least a bv ("blatant vandalism")). The IP user you recently reported hasn't been active since this morning. If they continue later today or tomorrow you could add them back to AIV.
