The Honda CR85R expert was released as a racing 2-stroke. This bike was not meant to "putts" around on. The CR85R expert is the same thing as the regular CR85R but has larger wheels, longer swingarm; therefore, it has a higher ground clearance and seat height. The CR85R expert cannot race in the regular 85cc class in the AMA [1]. The CR85R expert may be referred often to as a cr85 big wheel. Like the regular cr85r it has an extremely short powerband- you must scream this bike or it will not reach top performance. This bike fouls plugs easily if you ride easy (if you race, it doesn't so much). This bike is one of the many 85cc bikes in production. Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, and Yamaha are also popular competitors.
