Chadd Pierce is often called a “Creative Genius” by his peers, but is quick to respond: "More like 'Master Of All Things Large and Small'... but put down that I'm really humble and easy to talk to. A real 'man's man'."

This kind of bipolar strangeness is only the handle on the door to Pierce’s mind.

Chadd has been a radio entertainer since 1997. He still keeps in creative touch with his hometown roots at WBYR-FM in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has written, produced, and performed voice-over for radio stations in Chicago, Sacramento, and a list of markets through Premier Radio Network's Hazardous Comedy and Frostbytes online services.

Using irreverence as his shoe soles, Chadd has stomped his brand of weirdness through territories large and small, and shows no sign of slowing down. After a four year sting with Entercom LLC as Creative Services Director for KWOD—an adult alternative rock station—and KRXQ—an active rocker—in Sacramento, Pierce is producing content for 50+ station strong production service Krash Creative Solutions in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, freedom to explore the depths of his creativity is the most ideal fit. His job is to create the “sound” of each station by giving them each an individual audio signature, a “stationality” as industry experts know it.

In effort to expand his writing and voice over career, Pierce also maintains his own website, PierceVoice.com-- a warehouse of bits, songs, imaging, videos and "other" things. Stay tuned...
