"Cowboy Style" was a single from Kylie Minogue's 1998 album Impossible Princess and was released by Mushroom only in Australia because the record deal with Deconstruction for the UK and Europe ended after her previous single Breathe.

The song was produced by Brothers In Rhythm and is basically about meeting Stephane Sednaoui, her boyfriend at the time she wrote the song.

The song was the final single release from "Impossible Princess" and peaked at number 39 in Australia. The single includes the rare track "Love Takes Over Me" which was previously released on the 7" single of "Some Kind Of Bliss" only.

Nowadays, "Cowboy Style" is regarded as being one of Minogue's rarest singles (the other one being "GBI: German Bold Italic" featuring Japanese DJ Towa Tei.
