Thanks Srnec - Welf VI is the one (I was confused, William calls him Duke of Bavaria). Also, Jaroslav Folda's book about crusader art has numerous illustrations of the council from the Old French William of Tyre...I can't find any online, but one of those would be a great addition if we can find them.
