Unless I'm missing the point here, I believe your definition of the above mentioned subject to be incorrect. As defined: Cost of Poor Quality, or COPQ, can be defined as costs that would disappear if systems, processes, and products were not perfect.

Should this read "were perfect" Ray S A Grant (talk) 13:12, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
