"Cost-plus" costing is a concept in Cost Accounting. It is not really a legal concept in practice although such contracts, as such, must adhere to contract law.

The whole concept of what constitutes "cost" is, in practice, subject to interpretation; and, therefore, the need for a detailed contract in respect thereof. --Lance6968 21:10, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
