[edit] Slander?

Hi, I wasn't trying to start anything here, I was merely conveying information from the article cited. Since you deleted both the assertion of white supremacy and the backing citation, I assume you do not consider it a valid source? If so, that's cool, but you should state your reasons here on the talk page so other users understand why things were done. I've reverted the citation but not the statement, for now, since that article is still how I discovered that he had held a position in the League of the South. If you want to replace it with a less slanted source, please do. Since the League article discusses the controversy over whether it held supremacist views, I do not see any reason to rehash that here in this article. Peace!! [edit] League of the South?!!

Hey, why do people keep deleting the bit on Burnell being a regional director of the League of the South and the accompanying citation? This is verifiable information, and as such is perfectly acceptable in the context of the article. I'm beginning to suspect that the people who are doing this are affiliated with Christian Exodus and are trying to keep Cory's affiliation with the LoS on the down-low. Articles should be factual and un-biased, and suppressing information is clearly bias. I am considering reporting this problem, so watch it. If you have valid reasons for deleting content, please discuss them here or at least add some detail in your edit summary. Steve CarlsonTalk 19:23, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

I have restored this sentence but used a new citation from the Seattle Times that is more even-handed than the previous one. Steve CarlsonTalk 19:52, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
