[edit] Name?

Why is this article titled just ‘Corridor’ rather than by the full name? David Arthur 15:00, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

The creator of the page is following the scheduled timetable that VIA Rail publishes for its passenger rail services. The article naming also follows the Wikipedia naming standard for articles relating to Amtrak and other passenger rail services which have multiple trains on an easily defined route. I believe this article is distinct from the Quebec City-Windsor Corridor article which refers to the geographic region but not the passenger rail service. VIA also uses the longer term when describing its trains in more detail but it has been using the term 'Corridor' in marketing and to distinguish it from the transcontinental services.
